Job summary

Days Ford in Garngoch Swansea is seeking a Workshop Controller to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and to coordinate the service and repair of all vehicles in the workshop. You will road test vehicles, perform quality control, and maintain manufacturer information while working with the Service Manager on daily scheduling.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and supervising Technicians to maintain high standards.

Qualifications
