Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop at Hyundai, Cheshire Oaks. You will coordinate technicians, allocate work efficiently, and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards and deadlines while maintaining high quality and customer service.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, and monitor workshop jobs to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure work is completed to manufacturer standards and within deadlines.
• Support and motivate technicians to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Monitor workshop performance and utilisation.
• Liaise with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair updates and completion times.
• Ensure workshop processes comply with standards.
• Assist with technical queries and support technicians as needed.
• Maintain high health and safety standards.
• Manage workshop capacity and prioritise urgent repairs.
• Drive customer satisfaction through efficient workshop operations.
