Qualifications

• Good understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs and diagnostics.
• Experience as Workshop Controller or similar.
• Led a team and maintained high standards of conduct and performance.

• Motivate technicians to meet targets and maintain productivity and quality of service.
• Track progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaise with Service Reception to maintain customer satisfaction.
