Perfect Placement UK Ltd is supporting a franchised automotive group in Wimbledon by recruiting a skilled Workshop Controller to lead a busy service workshop and manage a team of technicians.

This high-responsibility role focuses on maintaining service quality, driving efficiency, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, with full-time hours including Saturday mornings on a rota and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-management capability.
• Strong IT systems proficiency, including EVHC software.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of qualified and apprentice technicians to meet daily workshop demands.
• Allocate job cards and distribute workload to maximise productivity.
• Perform quality checks to meet brand standards and customer expectations.
• Oversee workshop systems, including EVHC and booking platforms.
• Maintain high workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Service Advisor team for smooth workshop operations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure health and safety and regulatory compliance.
