We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Workshop Controller to join their reputable automotive group at their dealership in Wimbledon. This is a key leadership role within a busy, high-performing service workshop, offering the opportunity to oversee daily operations, manage a team of technicians, and deliver exceptional customer service. Duties of the Workshop Controller:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of qualified and apprentice technicians to meet daily workshop demands
• Allocate job cards and organise workload distribution to maximise productivity
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets brand standards and customer expectations
• Oversee technical workshop systems, including EVHC and booking platforms
• Maintain high workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support the Service Advisor team to ensure smooth workshop operation
