Listers Group Limited, Bristol-based dealership, is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to optimise workshop productivity. You will coordinate between service advisors and technicians, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of all jobs, while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership workshop environment is preferred.
• Strong people management and delegation skills.
• Ability to liaise between service advisors and technicians to maximise productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow of all jobs to brand standard.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient workshop operation.
• Provide focus to service department to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Ensure processes are adhered to and follow up on issues.
• Review processes with Aftersales Manager to rectify issues.
• Monitor workshop KPIs and ensure targets are met.
• Plan resources to meet work requirements and deadlines.
• Assist with non-standard jobs and obtain customer consent before work.
• Oversee handover of complex/invoice-related jobs with customer buy-in.
