Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing automotive workshops, ideally in a franchise-approved dealership.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Results-oriented with focus on efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient with workshop IT systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an 11-ramp workshop with 10–12 technicians.
• Coordinate workload distribution to match skills.
• Lead, motivate and support the workshop team to hit KPIs.
