Qualifications

• Experience as Workshop Controller or in a similar managerial role within automotive service is preferred.
• Proven track record in automotive aftersales such as Vehicle Technician or Service Advisor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations with 8+ technicians and apprentices.
• Plan and schedule work allocation, balancing workload and skills.
• Monitor workshop performance against KPIs and drive improvements.
• Communicate with the Service Manager to implement best workshop processes.
• Ensure customer vehicle progress and satisfaction with service reception.
