Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive Dealership, in the Plymouth area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Duties
  • Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
  • Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians, including mentoring the apprentice Technicians
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Requirements
  • Have a previous working experience within a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A full and valid UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday only – no weekends!

The Salary being offered up to £35,000 with OTE £40,000.
