Responsibilities
  • Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification
  • Allocating work to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities
  • Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise
  • Liaising with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repair process
  • Promoting a safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a workshop controller, senior technician, or similar role within the accident repair industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Solid understanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations
