Location: Eltham

Salary: 25,000 per year

Hours: Monday - Friday. 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Works Administrator to join their ever-expanding team. As a Works Administrator, you will take ownership of jobs from initial request through to invoice‑ready completion. This includes logging, scheduling, materials ordering, communication, documentation and completion.

Responsibilities Of The Works Administrator
  • Log and manage incoming jobs
  • Schedule engineers based on skills, urgency and location
  • Book access with residents and agents
  • Order and track materials, raise purchase orders
  • Maintain communication with engineers and clients
  • Upload certificates, photos and documents
  • Prepare job packs for invoicing
  • Update WIP dashboards daily
  • Run jobs from start to finish
Requirements Of The Works Administrator
  • Strong administration or scheduling experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise in a busy environment
  • IT competent (Simpro training provided)
  • Proactive and accountable work style
  • Experience in maintenance, FM or building services
  • Understanding of electrical/plumbing/EICR/Pat/LRA/HIU/MVHR/RAMS terms
  • Previous scheduling or operations experience
