ISS is seeking a Front of House professional to deliver an outstanding workplace experience across reception, facilities, meeting room management, switchboard operations and events support. You will act as a brand ambassador for ISS and the client site, consistently upholding high standards and delivering proactive, friendly service to colleagues and visitors.

We value experience in corporate or hospitality settings, excellent communication, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Relevant corporate, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality workplace experience across Front of House services.
• Manage meeting room bookings, setup, and support.
• Operate switchboard services professionally and efficiently.
• Provide facilities support in line with site requirements.
• Support the delivery of onsite events and activities.
• Act as a brand ambassador for ISS and the client site.
• Respond effectively to business user and client requests, exceeding expectations.
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients to ensure a collaborative and efficient service.
