Job summary

ISS is seeking a Workplace Manager to oversee the operational management of the ISS workplace, ensuring a safe, efficient, and five-star experience for end users. You will lead the Workplace team, respond to user and client requests, and maintain SOPs and onboarding guides while aligning with ISS standards and initiatives.

The role requires strong customer focus, experience in leadership or coordination within a workplace setting, and excellent communication skills.

• Act as an ambassador for ISS initiatives and lead workplace activities adding value for end users.

Job description

We are seeking a Workplace Manager who will be responsible and accountable for all aspects of the operational management of the ISS workplace.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the safe, efficient and effective operation of the workplace while delivering a five-star experience for end users., Ensure all ISS procedures, policies and standards are met, delivering a five-star workplace experience at all times.

Manage and support the Workplace team in responding effectively to all end user and client requests, consistently exceeding expectations.

Coordinate day-to-day operations across business areas, promoting a strong One Team ethos across integrated service lines.

Take ownership of and maintain SOPs and new starter guides, ensuring all information remains accurate and relevant.

Ensure workplace services across all service lines are delivered in accordance with ISS standards.

Implement catering and cleaning provisions on site, including undertaking any required training.

Support the Workplace Operations Manager in maintaining 100% compliance with safety, technical, security and sustainability standards.

Act as an ambassador for ISS initiatives and incentives, while leading workplace activities that add value for end users.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to utilise company methodologies, concepts and innovations to curate a world-class workplace experience., Previous experience leading or managing a team.
