Job Opportunity: Structural Steel Working Foreman - Steel Projects (Industrial Site - Edmonton)

Location: Edmonton

Project Type: Industrial Steelwork

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside site teams on steel erection and fixings.
• Coordinate with site management, crane/lifting teams, and other trades.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (RAMS, permits, etc.).
• Read and interpret steelwork drawings and fabrication details.
• Carry out toolbox talks and site briefings.
• Maintain quality control and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman on steel or structural projects.
• CSCS (Gold or Black preferred).
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• Strong steelwork knowledge (primary & secondary).
• Ability to manage labour and liaise with site managers.
• IPAF & Crane Supervisor (preferred, not essential).
