Job summary

HR Path Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for a global client base.

You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday systems, train end-users, and take on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer. A willingness to travel to customer sites and global events is essential in our entrepreneurial, international culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Expertise in translating client requirements into Workday configurations.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday software for global clients.
• Train end-users and support change adoption.
• Participate in all phases of Workday implementations as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer.
• Contribute to developing and differentiating propositions and be willing to travel to client sites and global events.
