Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for our global client base. You will work closely with client teams, implement and configure enterprise-grade HRIS, and ensure successful knowledge transfer through end-user training.

You will participate in every phase of Workday deployments, taking on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst and Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer, with a willingness to travel to sites and global events as

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Experience translating client requirements into Workday configurations.
• Experience advising on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions that are fit for purpose.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
• Train end-users.
• Participate in every phase of a Workday implementation as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer.
• Contribute to development and differentiation of propositions; travel to customer sites or global events.
