Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions that meet client needs across global settings. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions, build strong client relationships, and train end-users.

The role requires strong knowledge of HRIS and Workday methodologies, with opportunities to travel to customer sites or global events. Excellent English communication is essential for success in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge processes and design optimal HR solutions aligned with goals.
• Translate client requirements into Workday configuration options.
• Advise customers on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday deployments.
• Strong commitment to the Workday Methodology to tailor modules to client needs.
• Demonstrated experience across the project lifecycle: workshops, design docs, UAT, end-user training.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose for clients.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global customer base; build relationships to understand needs.
• Train end-users and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Participate in every phase of Workday implementations in roles like Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Architect, Tester, Trainer.
• Contribute to development and differentiation of propositions to grow the business.
• Travel to customer sites or attend global events as needed.
