Job summary

HR Path is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for our global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday systems, train end-users, and participate in multiple project roles across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong Workday experience, ability to challenge processes, and travel to customer sites or global events as needed. An international, collaborative culture and opportunities for mobility are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Expertise in translating client requirements into detailed Workday configuration options.
• Experience advising customers on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday implementations.
• Strong commitment to the Workday Methodology to ensure modules meet customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience across the project lifecycle: workshops, design docs, UAT and end-user training.
• Effective prioritization and time management across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose for our global clients.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions and train end-users.
• Take on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Architect, Tester and Trainer during projects.
• Contribute to developing and differentiating propositions to grow the business.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites or attend global events.
