HR Path Group, a global leader in HR consulting, invites a skilled Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions for our international client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday projects, train end-users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.

A willingness to travel to client sites and attend global events is expected. Strong knowledge of HRIS, certification in Workday Core HCM, and a track record of delivering HR digital

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Experience translating client requirements into Workday configurations.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions for clients.
• Implement and configure enterprise Workday projects.
• Train end-users and support during all project phases.
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance propositions and differentiators.
