Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for a global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale HRIS solutions, build relationships to understand needs, and train end-users.

The role requires leading multiple Workday project phases, including analysis, solution design, testing, and trainer activities, with a high degree of travel to client sites and international events.

Qualifications

Proven experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions.
Ability to challenge processes and design optimal HR solutions.
Translating client requirements into Workday configurations.
Advising on solution evolutions and best practices.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver Workday solutions for global clients.
Configure and implement enterprise-scale Workday systems.
Train end-users and facilitate workshops.
Participate in all project phases: lead, analyst, architect, tester, trainer.
Contribute to propositions and differentiators to grow the business.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and global events.
