Job summary

HR Path Group seeks a highly experienced Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for a global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale HRIS solutions, build strong client relationships, and train end-users across projects.

The role requires expertise in translating client requirements into Workday configurations, adherence to Workday methodology, and participation in all phases of the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions aligned with client goals.
• Expertise in translating client requirements into detailed, feasible Workday configuration options.
• Experience advising customers on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday implementations.
• Strong commitment to the Workday Methodology to ensure modules meet customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience across the project lifecycle: workshop facilitation, design docs, UAT, and end-user training.
• Effective prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions that are fit for purpose.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global client base.
• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs.
• Train end-users.
• Participate in every phase of a Workday implementation (Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, Trainer).
• Contribute to development and differentiation of propositions to grow the business.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites or attend global events.
