Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for a global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday deployments, and train end-users across multiple phases of the project lifecycle.

You will travel to client sites and attend global events, bringing strong Workday methodology and best practices to the engagements. This role suits a proactive consultant with experience in HRIS implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Expertise translating client requirements into Workday configuration options.
• Experience advising customers on solution evolutions and best practices in Workday implementations.
• Strong adherence to the Workday Methodology and ensuring modules fit customer needs.
• Experience across the project lifecycle: workshop facilitation, design docs, UAT, end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global clients.
• Train end-users and support knowledge transfer.
• Participate in multiple roles: Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, Trainer.
• Contribute to development and differentiation of propositions to grow the business.
• Travel to client sites or international events as needed.
