Job summary

HR Path Group in the United Kingdom seeks a highly skilled Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday deployments for a global client base, train end-users, and participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including travel to client sites and international events.

The role requires a proven track record in Workday projects, strong communication, and the ability to work across teams and geographies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions that align with client expectations and strategic goals.
• Expertise in translating client business requirements into detailed, feasible Workday configuration options.
• Experience in advising customers on solution evolutions and best practices related to their current or future Workday implementation.
• Strong commitment to the Workday Methodology to ensure modules are adapted to customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience across the project lifecycle, including workshop facilitation, writing design documents, UAT, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. Build relationships with customers to understand their needs.
• Train end-users.
• Participate in every phase of a Workday implementation, taking on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer.
• Contribute to development and optimization of propositions and differentiators to grow the business.
• Travel to customer sites or attend global events as needed.
