Job summary

HR Path Group seeks a Workday Consultant to define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for our global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday deployments, build strong client relationships to understand needs, and train end-users across the organization.

You will participate in every phase of the Workday project lifecycle, taking on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester and Trainer, with a willingness to travel to client sites

Qualifications

• Experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge processes and design HR solutions that meet client goals.
• Translate requirements into Workday configuration options.
• Advise on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit-for-purpose for clients.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday deployments for global customers.
• Train end-users and support adoption across organizations.
• Participate in all project phases as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester and Trainer.
• Contribute to development of propositions and differentiators; travel to customer sites and global events.
