Job summary

HR Path Group, a global leader in HR consulting, is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions for our international client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday systems and build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.

The role requires traveling to client sites or global events, training end-users, and participating in all phases of the Workday project lifecycle as a Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Expertise in translating client business requirements into detailed, feasible Workday configuration options.
• Experience advising customers on solution evolutions and best practices.
• Strong commitment to the Workday Methodology to ensure modules fit customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience across the project lifecycle, including workshops, design docs, UAT, and end-user training.
• Effective prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose for global clients.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions.
• Train end-users and transfer knowledge to client teams.
• Participate in all phases of Workday implementation (Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester, Trainer).
• Contribute to development of propositions and differentiators to grow the business.
• Travel to customer sites or attend global events as needed.
