Job summary

HR Path Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions for a global customer base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday deployments, building relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver fit-for-purpose configurations.

You will train end-users, participate in all project phases, and travel to customer sites or attend global events as needed. Strong Workday expertise and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge processes and design optimal HR solutions.
• Translating client requirements into Workday configuration options.
• Advising on solution evolutions and best practices for Workday.
• Strong Workday Methodology adherence and project lifecycle knowledge.
• Workshop facilitation, design docs, UAT, and end-user training experience.
• Effective prioritization and personal time management.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver fit-for-purpose Workday solutions for global clients.
