Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define, implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global client base. You will train end-users and actively participate in the full project lifecycle, taking on roles including Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Architect, and Tester.

Excellent English communication and a strong Workday background are essential, with flexibility to travel to client sites and global events as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and design optimal HR solutions aligned with client expectations and strategic goals.
• Expertise in translating client business requirements into detailed, feasible Workday configuration options.
• Experience in advising customers on solution evolutions and best practices related to their current or future Workday implementation.
• Strong commitment to the Workday Methodology to ensure modules are fully adapted to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• As a Workday Consultant at HR Path Group, define and deliver Workday solutions fit for purpose.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global customer base and build client relationships.
• Training end-users and ensuring transfer of knowledge during and after implementation.
• Take on roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Architect, Tester, and Trainer.
• Contribute to development and optimization of propositions and differentiators; travel to client sites or attend global events.
