Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to design and deploy Workday solutions for a global client base. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday modules, translating client needs into practical configurations. You will train end-users, participate in multiple project roles, and help evolve service offerings.

The role requires willingness to travel to customer sites and attend global events, with opportunities for international mobility within HR Path Group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions.
• Ability to translate client requirements into Workday configurations.
• Experience in training end-users.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS processes and Workday methodology.

Responsibilities

• As a Workday Consultant at HR Path Group, define and deliver Workday solutions for global clients.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions and build client relationships.
• Train end-users and support during all project phases.
• Participate as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Architect, Tester and Trainer.
• Contribute to development and differentiation of proposals; travel to client sites and events.
