Work from Home - Online Product Support (Entry Level)

GL Inc. • Stevenage

Product Testers are wanted to work from home in the UK to fulfill upcoming contracts with local and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay between £18 and £32, depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.

In-Home Usage Testers are independent contractors. Payments are processed weekly every Wednesday via direct deposit or check. There is no payment required to apply or to work.

Main Duties

• Document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.).
• Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly.
• Read and strictly follow the Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (tasks may include unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of the product for a specified amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.).
• Some projects may require participants to use MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights.
• Respond to private chat room discussions opened by a market research firm.
• Write reviews as requested in the Daily Schedule for each project.
