Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking an On-Site Operations Guru to oversee engagement for up to 150 temporary staff at a key Witney site with occasional travel to Maidenhead (car allowance included). The role blends face-to-face stakeholder work with back-office systems, ensuring a seamless employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.

You will split time between client-facing activities and maintaining system data, while supporting recruitment functions and Account Manager objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary face of the service, managing daily worker engagement for up to 150 temporary staff.
• Host face-to-face client service meetings and run worker surgeries to resolve workplace hurdles.
• Ensure onboarding for new starters with regular meetings during initial weeks.
• Maintain 100% accurate live data within our systems and databases.
• Handle Employee Relations (ER) cases and oversee end-to-end leaver process.
• Take charge of Purchase Orders (POs), monitor communications, and support recruitment functions.
