Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Internal Resourcer based in Witney with occasional travel to Maidenhead. This full-time role focuses on worker engagement, onboarding new starters, and maintaining accurate live data across systems. You will support the recruitment function with robust admin and PO handling on site.

You’ll report to the Account Manager, contribute to client meetings, and help drive growth through strong relationship management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• People person who genuinely enjoys helping others and managing stakeholders.
• Advanced administration with high attention to detail and data management.
• Tech-savvy with experience in software or databases; quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary face of the service, managing daily worker engagement for up to 150 temporary staff.
• Host face-to-face client service meetings and run worker surgeries to solve workplace hurdles.
• Ensure new starters have the best start by regular onboarding meetings over the first weeks.
• Maintain 100% accurate live data within our systems and databases.
