Job summary

Randstad is seeking a proactive, people-centered candidate to join as a Client Engagement & Onboarding Coordinator at our Witney site, with occasional travel to Maidenhead. You will manage daily worker engagement for up to 150 staff, run client meetings, and support onboarding to ensure a strong start for new starters.

You will maintain accurate live data, handle ER matters, and provide robust admin support to the recruitment function. This is a full-time role with clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent admin and data-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain live data.
• People-facing and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary face of the service and engage with up to 150 temporary staff.
• Host client service meetings and run worker surgeries to resolve issues.
• Onboard new starters with regular check-ins during the first weeks.
• Maintain 100% accurate live data within systems and databases.
• Manage employee relations (ER) cases and end-to-end leaver process.
• Process purchase orders, monitor communications, and support recruitment.
