Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking an On-Site Operations Guru for a prestigious client site in Desford. You will split your time between face-to-face stakeholder engagement and keeping our back-office systems running smoothly, 8 hours per day 7am–4pm.

As the backbone of the Desford operation, you’ll drive worker and client engagement, onboarding new starters, maintain live data, and manage lifecycle and ER activities on site.

Qualifications

• People person with empathy and professionalism in stakeholder management.
• Admin guru with high attention to detail and strong data handling skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to pick up new software quickly.
• Proactive problem solver who is organized and takes ownership of operations.

Responsibilities

• Worker & Client Engagement: be the primary on-site face, manage daily worker engagement and client service meetings.
• The Onboarding Architect: ensure new starters get a strong start with regular check-ins.
• System & Data Specialist: maintain accurate live data across our systems and databases.
• Lifecycle & ER Management: conduct regular check-ins, manage assignment extensions, ER cases, and leaver processes.
• Account Knowledge Specialist: leverage on-site access to report back to the Account Manager for growth and relationship objectives.
