Job summary

Randstad UK in Desford is seeking an Account Specialist to be the on-site backbone of client and worker engagement. You will split time between face-to-face stakeholder meetings and keeping back-office systems running smoothly, ensuring day-to-day operations stay organized and positive.

You'll manage worker engagement, onboarding for new starters, data accuracy across systems, and end-to-end lifecycle tasks while reporting insights to the Account Manager to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary face of the service for workers and clients.
• Manage daily worker engagement and host client service meetings.
• Run worker surgeries to resolve day-to-day workplace issues.
• Oversee onboarding for new starters and maintain accurate live data.
• Conduct regular check-ins and manage lifecycle events and ER cases.
• Report back to the Account Manager to support growth and relationships.
