Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Account Specialist for our Leicester site to ensure seamless engagement between workers, clients and internal teams. You will split time between face-to-face stakeholder meetings and keeping back-office systems accurate, while supporting onboarding and lifecycle processes for temporary staff.

Based on-site, you’ll build strong relationships, drive worker satisfaction and contribute to account growth by reporting insights to the Account Manager.

Qualifications

• People person with stakeholder management and empathy.
• Admin guru with high attention to detail and data management.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face stakeholder engagement and maintain back-office systems.
• Onboarding new starters and ensuring smooth first weeks.
• Maintain 100% accurate live data within systems and databases.
• Conduct regular check-ins with staff and manage employee relations cases.
• Report knowledge from site to Account Manager to support growth.
