Wildlife Fundraiser – Bridlington Area (Fixed Term)

Position Details
  • Ref: DEC20258336
  • Location: Flexible within the Bridlington area (must live within 10 miles of Bridlington or surrounding towns)
  • Salary: £25,847.00 – £27,549.00 per annum
  • Contract: Fixed Term until the end of August/Early September 2026
  • Closing Date: Sat, 3rd Jan 2026 (position may close earlier if a hire is made)
About the Role

This isn’t a desk job – it’s all about people. Each day, you’ll travel around the Bridlington area, set up fundraising stands, chat with the public about nature and the RSPB’s mission, and inspire people to support us through regular giving. You’ll spend your days outdoors, meeting new people, and making a tangible impact for wildlife. It takes confidence and resilience but is incredibly rewarding.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Travel to local venues using a company van (fuel and parking covered; average travel time up to one hour each way)
  • Set up engaging and eye‑catching fundraising stands
  • Chat with the public about nature and the RSPB’s mission
  • Inspire people to support us through regular giving

What We Need from You

  • Fundraising, sales or customer service experience (desirable)

Additional Information
  • Fixed‑term, until early September 2026 with the potential to return each year
  • Start date: February/March 2026
  • Induction and training provided at RSPB HQ, Sandy, Bedfordshire (travel and accommodation covered)
  • Active fundraising season runs April to September
  • We may close early if sufficient applications are received
