VWFS UK is hiring a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of about 80 manual processes and multiple automated processes across the business area. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to Dealers and Stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across several products and systems, handling funding, queries, and data analysis. Strong Excel and SAP skills, problem-solving ability, and meticulousness are essential to succeed in this position at VWFS UK.

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills to work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Undertake training on up to 80 business processes.
• Provide support to Dealers and Stakeholders by phone or e-mail and resolve queries.
• Manage daily processing of dealer funding and used vehicle funding files in the relevant systems.
