VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 manual and automated processes across the business area. This is a fast-paced role delivering support to Dealers and Stakeholders with a strong focus on customer service.

You will handle daily tasks, train across processes, and assist with funding and credit facility management while maintaining high-quality standards and collaborating with the team to resolve queries.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders.
• Thorough working knowledge of Excel and SAP.
• Attention to detail with focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently across multiple processes to find solutions.
• Organised and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily tasks within agreed SLAs.
• Learn and apply knowledge across up to 80 processes and systems.
• Collaborate across the team to complete tasks and support complex queries.
• Resolve dealer/brand/stakeholder enquiries by phone or email.
• Process dealer funding files and manage credit facilities in line with regulations.
