Job summary

VWFS UK, part of the Volkswagen Group, is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of up to 80 manual and automated processes across the business area. You’ll support dealers and stakeholders with excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, handling funding, queries, and data across multiple systems.

• Complete daily tasks within defined service levels.
• Learn and apply knowledge of up to 80 processes across the business.
• Support dealers and stakeholders with queries by phone or email.
• Manage dealer funding processing and validate funding requests.
• Maintain lifecycle of approved credit facilities per OMEB and VWG standards.
