Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of around 80 manual and automated processes across the business area, delivering excellent service to dealers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs, train across processes, collaborate with the team to resolve queries, manage dealer funding in systems, and handle funding files while ensuring compliance and accurate data handling.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within service level agreements.
• Learn up to 80 business processes and support across teams.
• Respond to dealer and stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Manage the daily processing and maintenance of dealer funding within associated systems.
