VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to support dealers and stakeholders with a high-paced workload across multiple products and processes. You will learn ~80 business processes, handle funding tasks, and provide excellent service while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong Excel/SAP skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines. A collaborative, delivery-focused mindset is essential for success.

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs.
• Undertake training on up to 80 business processes.
• Collaborate with the team to finish daily tasks and support outstanding work.
• Support problem resolution and analyze data to resolve queries.
• Manage daily processing of dealer funding within systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Process used vehicle funding files by validating requests and uploading funding.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations.
