VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge across approximately 80 manual and automated processes. The role supports dealers and stakeholders, delivering excellent service in a high-paced environment.

You will handle daily tasks, funding processing, and credit facility management to enable vehicle stock movement across the Volkswagen Group network. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and SAP, with strong problem-solving and attention to detail,

Formación

• Strong problem-solving across multiple products, processes and systems.
• Thorough knowledge of Excel and SAP.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently across multiple processes.
• Strong analytical skills to define and investigate complex issues.
• Organised and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs.
• Train on up to 80 business processes.
• Collaborate with the team to finish tasks and assist with outstanding queries.
• Resolve problems by building knowledge across systems to answer queries.
• Manage daily dealer funding processing in related systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Process used-vehicle funding files by validating against criteria and uploading funding requests.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations to enable liquidity and vehicle stock movement across VWG retailer network.
