Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of around 80 manual and automated processes across the dealer funding domain. This fast-paced role supports Dealers and Stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring tasks meet SLAs.

You will work with Excel and SAP, develop product and process knowledge, manage daily dealer funding entries, respond to inquiries by phone or email, and help resolve complex queries while maintaining compliance with

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills to work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders to find solutions.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to define and investigate complex business process issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within SLAs across multiple processes and systems.
• Provide dealer and stakeholder support by phone or email.
• Learn and apply knowledge of up to 80 business processes.
• Maintain dealer funding within systems and process funding requests.
• Analyse data to resolve customer queries and support problem resolution.
