Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge across approximately 80 manual and automated processes. You will support Dealers and Stakeholders with a focus on customer service and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include completing daily tasks within SLAs, training on multiple business processes, handling dealer funding data in systems, and responding to inquiries by phone or email. Collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills to resolve queries across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP application software.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Undertake training on up to 80 business processes.
• Work across the team to finish daily tasks and help with outstanding work.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or e-mail.
• Manage the lifecycle of approved credit facilities ensuring compliance.
