Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge across around 80 manual and automated processes. You will support dealers and stakeholders, handling inquiries by phone or email and ensuring tasks meet SLAs in a high-paced environment.

The role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple products and processes to resolve complex queries and ensure liquidity for VWG dealer networks.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills across multiple products, processes and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work independently across multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within SLA and process dealer funding files.
• Respond to dealer, brand and stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Maintain dealer funding lifecycle in line with OMEB regulations.
