An organization focused on offender management is seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner – Prison Lead. This role involves supporting adults in their rehabilitation journey, managing caseloads in community and custody settings, and delivering tailored interventions to promote positive change. Ideal candidates will have experience with offenders and skills in communication, risk management, and rehabilitation strategies.
Company: Catch22. In Justice, we work with young people and adults in custody and in the community, providing offender management, mentoring, victim services, gangs work and youth justice. We aim to support rehabilitation and reintegration by addressing needs through holistic services.
Wellbeing Practitioner – Prison Lead. You will support adults on their rehabilitation and reintegration journey within the Personal Wellbeing service, focusing on four pathways: Family and Significant Others, Lifestyle and Associates, Emotional Wellbeing, and Social Inclusion. You will manage a caseload of service users in both community and custody settings, delivering tailored interventions to promote positive change and developing coping skills, emotional regulation, resilience, and pro-social behaviours. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure holistic support.
