Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, lesson plans, and curriculum to meet industry standards.
  • Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and informative sessions on welding theory, processes, and safety.
  • Practical Training: Provide demonstrations and one-to-one guidance in the welding workshop.
  • Safety: Maintain a safe learning environment by enforcing strict health and safety practices.
  • Assessment: Monitor learner progress through practical assessments, written exams, and project work, offering constructive feedback.
  • Mentorship: Support and mentor learners, building their skills and confidence.
