We'd love to hear from you if you're:
The seat of the Benthall family for over 1000 years, Benthall is home to a 16th century house and gardens set in the heart of Shropshire. Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide. This role would suit anyone with an enthusiasm for delivering great customer service. We are a small team at Benthall, so you may be asked to chip in at times in areas outside of your normal routine.
With high presentation standards and an eye for detail, you will be keeping the visitor facilities clean and presentable. You will help with our fundraising efforts through the sale of donated goods at visitor reception and directing visitors to the second‑hand bookshop. There will also be an opportunity to assist with an expanding programme of events at the property including Easter Adventures, performances and craft fairs.
