Job summary

White Stuff in Chester is seeking a part-time Customer Host Supervisor for a 16-hour contract. Weekend availability may be required to cover shopper demand. You will work with the Shop Manager to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and maintain attractive visual standards in-store.

You will coach the team, lead briefings, manage stock and promotions, and contribute to a positive customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience and ability to coach a team.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations when handling customer information.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service in line with ACE pillars.
• Coach and develop the team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Coordinate promotions, stock and visual standards across the shop.
• Support shop manager with training and briefs, including in management absence.
• Oversee stock, deliveries, and order replenishment on the shop floor.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures and daily operational processes are followed.
• Engage with customers, maximize multi-channel shopping opportunities.
