Job summary

White Stuff is recruiting a Customer Host Supervisor for Ely. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to deliver exceptional customer experience, high visual standards and smooth daily shop operations.

You will lead by example, coach the team, coordinate stock, promotions and weekend shifts, and champion multichannel customer journeys while maintaining KPI awareness and a friendly brand voice. This 20-hour contract includes weekend availability, quarterly bonus potential, generous holiday

Qualifications

• 20 hours contract with weekend availability may be required.
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service aligned with ACE pillars.
• Promote and collect customer information for email sign-ups and conversion.
• Maintain high in-store visual standards and support stock replenishment.
• Make commercial decisions, coordinate promotions and track KPIs.
• Organise and support shop operations, staff rostering and briefs.
• Support with stock takes, deliveries, cash handling and store systems.
• Contribute to wellbeing initiatives and shop team motivation.
